Shipping policy

Most Earrings are MADE TO ORDER unless marked as QUICK SHIP.

QUICK SHIP:  Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for your order to be packed and shipped (unless stated otherwise in the items description).  Most of the time, QUICK SHIP ITEMS will ship the next business day. 

MADE TO ORDER: Made to order items ship in 7-10 business days.  We work on them in the order received! If a label is printed in a batch and no tracking has been updated please give the full processing time for your package to be scanned and time for your package to update. We sometimes print batches of labels at a time and pack as they’re ready to ship.

Please note due to COVID shipping providers are seeing delays, especially with first class/ ground mail. During checkout you have the option to purchase first class which states there might be possibly delays OR priority which arrives quicker and has insurance.

All orders $50 and over get free insured shipping! 

In the case that your USPS or UPS package has been in "Pre-shipment"/"Label Created"/"Shipment Ready for UPS" status and it has not been updated within 72 hours of your label being created, we will need wait at least 2 WEEKS (for domestic orders & 6 for international) for the package to be found or a status to be confirmed (i.e. lost indefinitely) before we can take further action to resolve the issue on our end which will be handled on a case to case basis. This is due to the mishandling of packages (regardless of the carrier OR the shipping method chosen) and has zero reflection on this business as we drop packages off/ have them picked up and trust carriers will handle your goods with care. We hope you extend grace to both our business and the carriers helping us bring you your special goods.
