Refund policy


Since all of my earrings are handmade from start to finish, slight imperfections are expected, and I try to reflect that in the pictures. I will never send out a product that is not up to my standards.

If anything happens to your earrings upon arrival, please notify us immediately.

I take pride in making accessories that will last years to come. I know accidents can happen, especially with handmade items.  If  your purchase breaks, please email us and we will assess how to move forward.

Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 30 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost.

Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.

No returns are accepted for custom pieces.

There are no exchanges for any earrings that include the description "made from a slab, each earring pattern placement will be different but have the same color scheme". By buying these earrings, you are agreeing to those terms. If you are returning due to damage, you can only receive a duplicate of your previous order. 

 Polymer clay is very durable and even bendable, HOWEVER; please do not bend your earrings.

 No instagram DMs regarding orders will be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
